Yes, I am dying, and so are you.
The Bible tells us, Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 Corinthians 4:16
I don't plan to depart this world right away, but I look forward eagerly to all the promises of rewarding activity for eternal life with my Lord Jesus!
The Bible tells us that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. I can't think of anything more exciting, as Psalm 16 promises:
Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices;
my body also will rest secure,
10 because you will not abandon me to the realm of the dead,
nor will you let your faithful one see decay.
11 You make known to me the path of life;
you will fill me with joy in your presence,
with eternal pleasures at your right hand.
It would be impossible to have a better future, but those blessings have already started for me!
